1)Why did you decide to start your blog?
I started blogging when I was 14, I don't think I quite knew why! Haha, I think I just wanted a place where I could speak my mind about fashion and trends. Eventually I started posting my own outfits as opposed to just talking about trends I hated.
2)What inspires you?
Everything! The weather, good music, magazines, random re-runs on TV, old movies. And of course, other bloggers!

3)How do you get ideas for some of your amazing makeup posts?
Experimentation and curiosity mainly. I like experimenting with looks that I've seen in editorials and on the runways. I like to let the ideas linger in my mind and then think about how I can improve it to suit my face and colouring.

4)You find 500 bucks on the street for keeps, how do you spend it?
Haha, I am too sensible. I would save it in the bank because I want to buy a new camera soon.
5)What are your other hobbies besides blogging?
Photography, thrifting, hanging out with friends. This summer I want to learn how to skateboard though.

6)Do you want to work in fashion? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Five years is not long! I still have one year of high school and then probably four years at the fashion or photography university of my choice. I think I'd be graduating. I hope by then I will be ready to take on the fashion industry as a fashion photographer.
7)If you could swap closets with one blogger for a day, who would it be and why?
Apparallel! I love her style and she has the widest variety of clothes I've ever seen. I would love to play dress up in her huge collection of shoes and jewelry.
8)Got any shopping tips?
Errr. Contrary to popular belief I don't do a lot of shopping, and I don't buy a lot expensive things either--I am a thrifter at heart. I guess my advice is, being frugal and all, is to spend wisely. The most expensive things I buy are the ones I will always use and can withstand time...aka the amazing leather backpack I got while I was in Italy.

9)What are 3 things you want to do before you die?
Meet Karl Lagerfeld. Go to New Zealand. Have an art gallery showing for my photographs.

10)Best advice you've ever been given?
Recently, it has been "Cheer the fuck up!" over my birthday blues.

11)What albums are on repeat on your iPod these days?
My iPod and iTunes are such a mess! I've been reorganizing it lately, so I can barely find anything. But I do love listening to The Golden Filter and We Have Band on repeat.

12)Describe your perfect Saturday.
Getting up early to organize my iTunes and download songs, haha! That, or having a nice picnic at a park with my besties.
