Sooo, with the changing of the seasons comes (for me at least) a sickness or two a year. Woke up feeling like crap today, so I have to ask, what are your guys' remedies for fatigue/muscle pains/headache/chills..I'm down to try anything to make it go away!
ps. sorry that the content of this post is kind of lame. I get lame when I'm sick :((phtfs)

Hope you get better soon! Eating food rich in garlic and cayenne pepper is great for the immune system. So is lots of sleep and water. Feel better soon. Karolina is pretty in these photos.

ReplyDeleteEat lots of vitamines, like a shake with fresh orange juice, strawberries and raspberries. And drink lots of green tea and sleep a lot. Hope you'll get well soon xx
