I'm totally enamored with these twins, Neele and Inka Hoeper--even though I can't tell them apart. Haven't been so excited about a pair of girls since the Kenny sisters, and the Hoeper's have a completely different look...I love these simple and chic ensembles, and their beautiful haaaaiiiiirrr! Major hair envy right now.
